Having spent 40 plus years in practice in California and Utah I have extensive experience in knee, shoulder, and spine as well as general orthopedic conditions and trauma. I am in an excellent position to summarize and make sense of complex orthopedic issues.

I have experience in taking care of patients with work related injuries as well as non-work-related personal injuries. In the context of a busy orthopedic practice, I have gained extensive experience in representing injured patients and can very carefully make sense out of the chaos often associated with blending legal issues with medical questions and concerns.

I am experienced in objectively defining the medical issues addressing pre-existing conditions, medical co-morbidities, future projected needs for medical care and issues of apportionment and permanent disability. I am experienced in performing Independent Medical Examinations and rending objective supportable opinions regardless of being asked by plaintiff or defense.

I enjoy the challenge of reviewing complex medical records and arriving at objective defensible opinions that accurately define the pending issues and specifically address the associated important interrogatives. My medical/legal experience includes rendering opinions requested by the plaintiff side as well as the defense side of pending issues.
