Mr. Bailey has 45 years’ experience as engineer in charge of design of HVAC and Plumbing systems in hundreds of commercial and institutional facility projects, including hospitals, surgery centers, office buildings, hotels, universities, theme parks and multifamily residences. With a BSME from Stanford University (1977), licensed in eight states, Mr. Bailey has also completed case research, investigations, reports and depositions for dozens of cases (including ADR) on HVAC, Indoor Air Quality and Plumbing systems and brings a unique understanding of how the improper design, construction and operation of HVAC and Plumbing systems often leads to substantial injuries and complaints.
