David began consulting on labor-related issues in 1988.  He possesses testimony experience in well over 1,000 depositions, trials, and arbitrations.  David’s consulting focuses on individual claims of loss relating to earnings, benefits, retirement income, household services, and future medical needs.  His practice focuses on employment matters and personal injury/wrongful death assignments, including medical malpractice cases.  He has substantial experience in asbestos-related litigation and has worked on such matters in more than 20 states.

In addition, David has taught Economics and Finance at numerous institutions, including UCLA, Cal State Channel Islands, and for more than 25 years has been a faculty member at Cal State Northridge.  He regularly teaches courses in Labor Economics and Law & Economics. David has taught Economics and Finance at UCLA and Cal State Channel Islands.
