With 4 decades of experience as a licensed CPA in Louisiana and Texas, Chad M. Garland specializes in forensic accounting, expert witness and business valuation requirements. He has been qualified as an expert forensic CPA in state district courts and in Federal Bankruptcy court in accounting, finance, income taxes, business valuation, and economics.

Mr. Garland is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and is a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). He is trained to investigate, identify and prevent financial crime and fraud.

Mr. Garland is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation by the American Society of Appraisers. He is one of only four ASAs credentialed in the State of Louisiana, and the only one outside New Orleans.
