MARK STUART
J.D., CFL, CFDAI, AAADM
Began his locksmith business over 11 years ago that created a solid business model with a stellar reputation. Integrity and customer satisfaction are the business trademarks. Mark also has a successful fire door inspection business that inspects many medical buildings and detention facilities. Mark later received training in automatic doors and became AAADM certified. AAADM stands for the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers. This means he can troubleshoot, inspect, and install automatic doors. Along with knowing the code regulations and how the doors function make him a unique investigator with his legal training. Later Mark became a CFL, Certified Forensic Locksmith, with IAIL, International Association of Investigative Locksmith. Couple Mark’s history with his JD, Juris Doctorate, makes him a unique and thorough investigator. Very few forensic locksmiths have their JD.
What makes Mark’s investigative technique different is his ability to take complicated concepts and explain them in simple layman terms. His investigations are holistic and creative with “out of the box” thinking. It is not unusual for clients to request he do a separate investigation as a second opinion. Like litigation attorneys, Mark does his investigation in anticipation of any possibility or question that can be raised. As Mark says, “we determine causation and let the attorneys and courts determine liability.
