Dr. Arpaia interned at Lenox Hill Hospital and completed his residency at Northwell Health, Staten Island University Hospital division. He was accepted as a fellow of the American College of Physicians in his Chief Residency year. Dr. Arpaia is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.

Licensed since 1994, Dr. Arpaia has been active throughout his career in academic medicine, all the while developing one of the premier practices in his field within the New York City Tri-State Area.

He has provided insightful, objective and credible reports representing best practices and standards of care in matters dealing with medical malpractice review, independent medical examinations for insurers and provided expert testimony when necessary. Reports are supported by the medical literature in a clear and concise manner.

Throughout his career, Dr. Arpaia has continued to be a leader in patient care.
