Dr. Almogaber is a Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology specialist at Clinical Pharmacology Services, Inc in Tampa, FL, and provides patients with medication therapy management consulting and assists in managing a national drug information service that provides clinical support for medical practices, health systems, health plans, laboratories, and government agencies (local, military, state, and federal). The practice also includes a forensic pharmacology division that supports medical examiners, law enforcement, courts, and attorneys. She is a clinical practitioner and expert witness in healthcare law pertaining to clinical pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacy and medical malpractice, substance use disorders, capital crimes (aggravating & mitigation circumstances), long term care, child custody, criminal, civil, patents, regulatory, and intellectual property cases. Her work includes cases in state, federal, and military jurisdictions. She is an active member in professional association including elected leadership (Florida Pharmacy Association, Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists, South Carolina Pharmacy Association, American Pharmacists Association) and has certifications in Pharmacists & Patient Centered Diabetes Care and Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery. Dr. Almogaber is on faculty at the University of South Florida College of Pharmacy and is also a pharmacy preceptor with several Colleges of Pharmacy teaching and mentoring fourth year pharmacy students during their clinical rotations.
