Dr. Jeffrey Alan Balke is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience as a primary care clinic physician. He has worked for the past 12 years as a full-time hospitalist at large tertiary referral teaching hospitals and most recently on the medical school faculty at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Balke offers comprehensive case review services and expert testimony for matters involving hospital-based care, medical decision-making, and standard of care assessments. He has been providing these services for both plaintiff and defense parties for > 25 years throughout Minnesota and 6 other states around the country.

Dr. Balke is willing to travel for deposition and/or trial testimony anywhere in the USA, offering strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate medical concepts to non-medical audiences (i.e.: jury members, attorneys, court staff).
