Mr. Secrest is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and a licensed Mortgage Broker and serves as a landlord tenant expert witness. Robert is a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality, CPSWQ as well as a Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan SWPPP Developer.
