Dr. Phiroz provides expert witness testimony on manufacturing vulnerability causing personal injury, product liability, product recall, product defect, quality control, packaging and distribution.

Dr. Phiroz has held a number of academic and executive roles, including appointments at Harvard, USC, UCSD, MSU, Proctor & Gamble (NYSE:PG). He currently holds a fellowship at Harvard University and has published numerous articles and books in the area of supply chain management.

The following are some examples of Dr. Phiroz’s expert and consulting projects:

– Personal injury due to manufacturing design and distribution flaws. Analysis of industry standards for quality and safety within the manufacturing, storage, transportation, packaging and quality control phases of a supply chain.

– Supply chain design, responsibility and liability. Determination of inventory ownership across various channels. Assessment of liability, by way of supply chain functionality and design.

– Inventory and supply chain entity valuation. Inventory depreciation valuation and analysis. Product obsolescence analysis. Physical supply chain entity valuation, in line with international transportation logistics.

In addition to holding a PhD in Supply Chain Management, Dr. Phiroz holds an MBA, and two degrees in Computer Science from the University of Windsor.
