Dr. Vidgop is a highly distinguished and published Physician, Board Certified in Neurology and fellowship trained in Neurophysiology. She has over 15 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient setting with nine years of practice in Telemedicine particularly Telestroke. She has built an Integrative Headache Clinic where a multimodal approach was used and collaborated with other specialists to offer patients a comprehensive treatment plan. While in private practice she performed a variety of procedures to diagnose and treat various neurological conditions such as Electromyography, Nerve conduction studies, Botox for cervical dystonia, migraines, spasticity associated with stroke and multiple sclerosis. Currently she serves as a Stroke Medical Director as well as a Regional Medical Director for multiple facilities across the country. In this capacity, she has collaborated extensively with hospital teams to spearhead quality improvement and ensure process optimization, particularly in stroke care. Her responsibilities include overseeing adherence to regulatory requirements, implementing Six Sigma methodologies, and driving impactful change in clinical outcomes. Through these efforts, she has successfully reduced stroke activation times and elevated operational efficiencies, contributing to multiple accreditations for Primary and Comprehensive Stroke Centers.

She is an Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern Medical School and has taught medical students and lectured to staff at Neuroscience symposium. She is a member and has served as a board member of Broward County Medical Association.

Currently she practices Neurology with Telespecialists and is licensed in over 35 states and holds privileges in over 300 hospitals across the country. She sees patients with a variety of acute and complex neurological conditions including stroke, brain bleeds, acute encephalopathy, neuropathy, spinal cord strokes, trauma, headaches, movement disorders, neuromuscular conditions, seizures and epilepsy, dementia as well as multiple sclerosis exacerbations.

She has strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and performs well in fast paced and high stress situations. She has worked with attorneys for both plaintiff and defense cases, provided detailed chart reviews for insurance and disability claims, and undergone SEAK Expert Witness Training. Her experience with depositions and formal report writing further reinforce her analytical and communication skills.
