I’m a board-certified Physician Assiociate and retired U.S. Army Major with over 20 years of clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, and post-acute rehabilitation. I currently own and operate a licensed home care agency in Colorado, which gives me active, real-world insight into elder care standards, staffing practices, and regulatory compliance.

I’ve been called upon in legal cases involving medication errors, nursing home neglect, sepsis, falls, improper monitoring, and failure to follow standard of care protocols. My background includes direct patient care and leadership in skilled nursing facilities, emergency medicine, home-based care, and combat medical operations.
