Tim is a seasoned executive with a Human Resources career spanning over 35 years. While most experienced in the functional areas of Employee & Labor Relations and union avoidance, he is also experienced in sourcing, recruiting, in processing, training and development, benefits and compensation, HRIS and analytics. He is a certified facilitator with DDI (Developmental Dimensions International) as well as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People program.

His experience also includes RIFs, Layoffs, Reduction in Force, Leave of Absence, Reasonable Accommodations, Interactive Meetings, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Job Descriptions.

Tim has worked in hospitality, manufacturing, transportation, and over the last 20 years in healthcare (primarily in hospitals).

He is a Marine Corps veteran with service in Desert Storm.
