Jim Cook is a nationally recognized wireless expert with over 40 years of experience in the

telecommunications industry. He specializes in the analysis of digital evidence for both criminal and civil cases, offering unmatched expertise in all carrier billing formats and data records.

Mr. Cook works closely with law enforcement agencies and attorneys, providing strategic guidance on how to maximize available evidence from:

He is an active member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) and the Scientific Working Group for Digital Evidence (SWGDE).

Mr. Cook’s forensic team also provides advanced mobile and digital data recovery, including unlocking and extracting data from cellular phones and other devices to support investigations and litigation.
