Dr. Kacmarski is a Board-Certified Clinical Neuropsychologist with extensive experience in evaluating and treating individuals with acquired brain injury, complex medical conditions, and psychiatric comorbidities. He serves as the Coordinator of Neuropsychology Services for the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Medical Director of Neuropsychology at PAM Specialty Hospital of Denver, and owner of Archway Neuropsychological Services. His clinical work includes differential diagnosis of neurodegenerative conditions and comprehensive assessment of cognitive and emotional functioning in individuals with neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis and epilepsy.

In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Kacmarski is actively involved in training psychology interns and fellows, emphasizing the critical role of assessment in understanding how individuals’ strengths and weaknesses shape their challenges and treatment needs.

Dr. Kacmarski is also expanding his work in medico-legal neuropsychology, providing assessments in cases involving cognitive impairment, traumatic brain injury, and psychological functioning. His evaluations contribute to disability determinations, capacity assessments, and forensic consultations, ensuring that his findings are grounded in clinical best practices and objective analysis.
