I have been providing opinions for potential med-mal cases for 20 years. I have reviewed close to 1,000 cases, with approximately 75% for plaintiff, and 25% for the defense. I have provided 40+ depositions and testified at trial 10+ times. I am able to offer support in about 35% of plaintiff cases that I review, and for about 85% of defense cases.

I am repeatedly told that I provide very thorough case reviews, and that I have a unique ability to connect with juries, especially in my ability to explain complex issues.

I am the only physician in the country who holds the title of Senior Fellow of Hospital Medicine, Fellow in the American College of Physicians, Fellow of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review, and Fellow of the American Institute of Healthcare Quality.
