I am a clinically active board certified Family Medicine physician with a primary practice in hospital medicine as a hospitalist. I graduated from University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama in 2017. I completed my internship and residency training at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency program in 2020 with prior experiences in medical student education. I am the founder and CEO of Dominique Crain Locums Medical Legal Consulting LLC; formerly named Dominique Crain Locums LLC, a physician owned travel medicine business providing services to multiple facilities nationwide. I have prior experiences in providing primary and urgent care services in multiple facilities and states. I am licensed in over a dozen states nationwide (specifics in my curriculum vitae). My active certifications include: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. I have knowledge and skillsets in the management of a number of acute illnesses as listed above.
