DJ Fenn, PA-C is an experienced Mayo Clinic trained Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical practice across a broad range of medical specialties, including Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Hand Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics, Urgent Care, and Emergency Medicine. He completed a prestigious postgraduate fellowship in Otolaryngology at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.

For the past five years, PA Fenn has served as a supervisory Physician Assistant in a high-acuity emergency department, where he provides expert clinical care and leadership. He also provides surgical first-assisting in the operating room for general surgery and orthopedic surgery. He currently holds the rank of Major in the Air National Guard, assigned to the 161st Medical Group in Phoenix, Arizona. His military service includes extensive experience as a medical officer in austere, high-pressure, and expeditionary environments during multiple overseas deployments.

In addition to his clinical roles, PA Fenn has served as adjunct faculty for nearly a decade at Pacific University’s Physician Assistant Program, delivering instruction in Otolaryngology and related subjects. He also holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Northern Arizona University’s School of Physician Assistant Studies.

As an Independent Medical Legal Consultant and Expert Witness, PA Fenn provides objective, evidence-based analysis for both plaintiff and defense cases involving Otolaryngology, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Trauma Surgery, Surgical First Assisting, and Orthopedics. His services include: comprehensive medical record review, preparation of affidavits of merit, case consultation during discovery, and the presentation of expert opinions via written reports and video depositions.
