DJ Fenn, PA-C, is a Mayo Clinic–trained Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience in Otolaryngology, Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, Trauma, and Surgery. He completed a competitive fellowship in Otolaryngology at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. He serves as a supervisory PA in a high-acuity emergency department and first assists in orthopedic and general surgery. A Major in the Air National Guard, he has deployed as a medical officer in austere environments. He also serves as adjunct faculty at Pacific University and Northern Arizona University, teaching Otolaryngology and advanced clinical practice.

Following a detailed review of the medical records, Mr. Fenn will compile a comprehensive expert report that clearly outlines his findings, opinions, and the medical rationale behind them. Each report is structured to address the key legal and clinical questions at hand—whether related to standard of care, causation, or deviation from accepted practice. He incorporates a concise medical chronology, references relevant clinical guidelines or literature, and provides a clear, objective analysis of whether care was delivered appropriately.

Mr. Fenn’s goal is to deliver reports that are not only medically accurate but also legally useful—articulate, defensible, and written in plain language that attorneys, judges, and juries can readily understand.
