Mr. Chad Ballard is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) across multiple states, specializing in water resources, hydrology, and hydraulics. He possesses a deep technical background in advanced flood modeling and stormwater mitigation. Has experience working on cases involving failure of drainage infrastructure, dam/levee failures, scour and erosion, flood damages, hydroplanning, etc.

Mr. Ballard is a recognized educator and leader in his field. He has served as an adjunct faculty member for both undergraduate and graduate courses. He served as a voting member of the Region 3 State Flood Planning Group, where he helped oversee the development of the Texas Regional State Flood Plan. He is active in professional organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE/EWRI), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE/NAFE), and the Texas Floodplain Management Association (TFMA).
