Mr. Vangura is an engineering professional with nearly four decades of experience in biomechanics, product design, development, manufacturing, and testing, including twenty-five years in the medical device industry. He has more than twenty years of experience in forensic biomechanics, bioengineering, and product development. Mr. Vangura has been accepted as an expert witness in county, state, and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, New Hampshire, Maryland, West Virginia, Texas, New Mexico, Mississippi, Tennessee, Illinois, and California.

Mr. Vangura has an extensive background in the development of a wide range of products, including rescue equipment, manual and powered wheelchairs, ventilators, heart pumps, sleep-therapy devices, military helicopters, components for the International Space Station, playground equipment, and sports equipment. He possesses a deep understanding of the biomechanical and medical literature related to automobile crashes, as well as the resulting occupant kinematics and injury mechanisms.
