Brian Galinkin, NHA, MSW, is a seasoned long-term care professional and expert witness with nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Based in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, he holds a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts. Brian has spent over 18 years leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility operations, most recently as the Administrator at Kearsley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, where he focuses on ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
