I am a double board-certified vascular neuro-hospitalist with legal expertise and numerous grant, research, and writing awards. I completed my post-graduate training at Duke University. I have extensive experience in managing patients with acute neurological emergencies, including stroke, hemorrhage, seizures, head injury, migraine, neuroinflammation, and spinal cord issues.

I have contributed to several publications in journals such as Neurocritical Care, Journal of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Diseases, and Journal of Neurology. I have also been recognized for my outstanding clinical performance and leadership skills by the Duke Neurology Department and the WellStar Kennestone Hospital. I am a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Stroke Association, the Neurocritical Care Society, and the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology.

My legal expertise allows me to better understand my patients’ rights and ensure that they are fully informed about their treatment options.
