He has processed over 200+ homicide death scenes and qualified multiple times as an expert witness in the area of crime scene analysis and reconstruction, Crime Scene Examination. Mr. Chancellor’s focus in the last 15 years is on death and sexual offenses. His most recent consultations have centered on homicides staged to resemble some other event or in false sexual assaults, and wrongful convictions.
Mr. Chancellor has authored multiple professional articles and textbooks on the subjects of Death Investigation (1st & 2nd Editions), Crime Scene Staging, and Investigating Sexual Assault Crimes (1st & 2nd Editions) He also provides investigative training on these subjects to detectives across the United States.
