Mr. Horsak is a registered Professional Engineer and scientist with more than 40 years of experience in multiple phases of environmental engineering and science including consulting, engineering and construction. As an office supervisor, Mr. Horsak was in charge of operations management and would take lead roles in strategic planning, business development, and proposal preparation. Along with his experience in the office, Mr. Horsak has used his expertise to offer litigation support and expert witness testimony. He has managed and directed environmental projects in a variety of areas including those dealing with air pollution, and water treatment and purification. These cases require Mr. Horsak to provide his knowledge on cases involving ambient air quality testing, noise, soil and sediment, groundwater, and surface water. Mr. Horsak has worked on a wide range of sites and facilities including hazardous waste management facilities, fossil and nuclear power plants, and manufacturing and commercial facilities.
