He spent over 31 years of his career with Walmart Stores, Inc. where he led positive change within the safety and security field by directing and guiding teams to achieve initiatives that further benefited the productivity and reputation of the business.

Stephen continued his career as security director for one of the largest churches in the nation affording him the opportunity to lead the armed security team and establish policy and procedure designed to improve safety and security initiatives.
