John Keeling, Principal of The Keeling Consultancy LLC, has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, ranging from management, appraisal, and asset management to litigation support, market research, and hotel development. He has over the years developed a particular specialty in litigation matters, having testified, either in deposition or court, on over 50 assignments. In addition to his hotel expertise, Mr. Keeling has honed his testimony skills through seminars with both The Forensic Expert Witness Association and SEAK Expert Witness Training.

For the past 15 years, while maintaining his consulting practice, Mr. Keeling has been developing hotels as a partner in the Valencia Hotel Group.
