David has published ITS Specifications and Best Practices for ALDOT, FDOT, GDOT, UDOT, MDOT, Harris County Texas, and various municipalities. In addition, has authored and published various technical white papers regarding CCTV occlusion within an ITS design, and CCTV lowering device as a safety feature for road maintenance.
