I have enjoyed a wide ranging and fulfilling career, which began with 13 years of Family Practice, including adult and pediatric medicine, obstetrics, inpatient care, surgical procedures, geriatrics and nursing home patient care. This was followed by 9 years of full time Emergency Medicine as Director of Emergency Medicine in a community hospital and the last 13 years as a Hospitalist. Changes in direction were prompted by recalls to war time service in the U.S. Army. I also have experience in healthcare and patient management in numerous settings.
